Cynthia A. Russell, PhD, RN, FAAN, CMC, PCC

is a dynamic nurse, educator, administrator, consultant, and coach focusing on lifestyle and life
transitions, career, and health and wellness. She assists clients to achieve optimal performance,
reaching personal goals through lasting lifestyle changes.

Dr. Russell integrates integrative and guided imagery into practice and teaching. Prepared as a
mental health clinical nurse specialist, she has spent her career working with individuals, families,
and groups to reach personal/organizational goals.

She is a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing and a member of the International Coaching
Federation as a certified coach.   Currently, Dr. Russell is Dean and Professor at Holy Family
University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Cynthia has served as professor, dean, provost, and senior
vice president in mission-based educational settings. Her publications include the co-authored book,
Congregational Health: How to Make Your Congregation a Health-Aware Community.
